Creamy Cheesy Carbonara

Prodecure
• Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
• In a pan, add bacon and cook until slightly golden brown in color. Add butter,
onion and garlic cook until soft and aromatic. Make sure not to burn the bacon.
• In a small bowl, combine half can of Angel Kremqueso and egg yolk.
Whisk until combined.

• Gradually add the remaining Angel KremQueso into the pan bring to a simmer.
Stir in Angel Kremqueso and egg yolk mixture mix well until heated through.
• Season with salt and pepper. Toss cooked spaghetti with sauce and
sprinkle with parsley.

. 1-370mL can Angel All-Purpose Creamer,
chilled overnight (12 hours)

• Cook pasta according to packaging instructions. Set aside to cool.
• In a large bowl, combine onion, carrots, pickle relish, raisins, pineapple
tidbits, chicken, mayonnaise and Angel Kremdensada. Mix well to combine.
• Toss in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. Best served cold.

• Transfer chilled Angel All-Purpose Creamer in a bowl
and combine with Angel Condensada
• Using an electric mixer, whip at medium to high speed for
3 minutes, scraping the bowl after each minute

MEATY SPAGHETTI
Ingredients:
1 can of % kilo (250g) Argentina
Ready-to-Use Giniling
2 medium onions, minced
6 garlic cloves, minced
4 pieces Swift Mighty Meaty
Hotdogs, sliced
2 pouches of 250g Hunt's
Pinoy Party Style Spaghetti
Sauce
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped carrots
½ cup drained crushed pineapple
½ cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons Angel Condensada
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Cook spaghetti pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1
cup of the pasta water. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions and
garlic. Add Argentina Ready-to-Use Giniling, sliced Swift Mighty Meaty
Hotdogs and brown them a little. Add Hunt's Pinoy Party Style Spaghetti
Sauce and water. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve on top of pasta with grated cheese.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
Procedure:
Cook macaroni following package directions. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine
Argentina Corned Chicken, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, pincapplc, carrots,
cheese and Angel Condensada. Mix well. Add cooked macaroni and toss well.
Adjust taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
